Nigerian-born. European-built. Building toward one calling.

Background

A career built one country at a time.

I'm Temitope Okunjolu — Nigerian by birth, German by residence, and shaped by nearly a decade of work and study across the UK, Lithuania, Sweden, and Ireland before settling in Berlin. That path runs through logistics, digital marketing, procurement, and now founding my own company: TOSK Global Ventures, an agribusiness and international commodities trading business.

Alongside the business, I write and speak as a faith-led entrepreneur. My book, the 60-Day Spiritual & Business Action Planner, grew out of a simple observation from my own operating experience: the discipline that makes people more successful in business and career is planning, follow-through, and honest review. That same discipline is what makes a spiritual practice work. I built a system that trains both at once, and in 2026 gave my first public talk on it to a curated network of founders in Berlin.

I'm currently building out that public-facing side of my work — writing, speaking, and developing the next books in the planner series — alongside running TOSK.
